We bet on passion and experience, selecting only 100% Italian raw materials and following artesanal manufacturing procedures. The bronze drawn and the delicate long drying process at low temperatures are the foundamental steps that we follow to make the best “griffe” which is able to guarantee flavour, colour and cooking endurance.

Our pasta is unique for flavour, scent, roughness and porosity; all these characteristics are foundamental to intensify the best condiments. The pasta preparation begins with a careful analisis and choice of the best durum wheat, to guarantee an absolut excellent product.

Every element of the production – like umidity and temperature- is managed with great attention and precision, thanks to our latest generation machineries.

After the bronze drawn, the following step is the really slow drying, that can last up to two days for some formats.
This is how our pasta takes all its excellent characteristics and it is ready to delight the most demanding palates.
